Policies & Dress Code

Dress Code:

Each member is expected to dress in a manner that demonstrates discretion and good judgement.  This dress code is intended as a guide in the exercise of that discretion.  It is the responsibility of each Member to conform to the dress code and to ensure that guests do so. All children in the Club are expected to be appropriately attired, and children over the age of 12 are required to conform to the dress code.
Men: Collared shirts, golf shirts, or turtlenecks and tailored pants. Jackets are required after 4 pm.
Women: Dresses, collared shirts or blouses, turtlenecks, sweaters, skirts or tailored pants.
Prohibited: Shorts, jeans/denim clothing, t-shirts, sweatshirts, untucked shirts, athletic attire, running shoes, extremely casual sandals, and baseball caps.
Inappropriate attire: The Club’s staff is not permitted to seat individuals who are inappropriately attired. Staff is instructed to bring violations of the dress code to the attention of the Member in a discreet manner to minimize embarrassment.

Policies:

Reservations: Reservations are requested for lunch and dinner in all dining rooms.

Cancellation Policy: Throughout the year, the club hosts a number of sold-out special Member Events. Reservations are confirmed to ensure your attendance and free up space for those on the waiting list. Our 48-hour cancellation policy for special Member Events such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Wine Tastings, etc. will provide us the opportunity to accommodate others; thus a 50% fee will be billed to your account if a reservation is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. All functions where the cancellation policy is in effect will be noted as such.

Tax and Service Charges: Unless specified as inclusive, prices indicated are subject to a twenty percent (20%) service charge, a seven percent (7%) sales tax, and a two percent (2%) hospitality tax.

Electronic Device Policy: Members and guests will not use electronic equipment in any manner that disturbs other guests.
Members and guests are permitted to use handheld electronic devices silently in common areas of the Club, such as the bar and a la carte dining rooms.
Any audible use of electronic devices should be conducted in the following areas: porches, restrooms, or unoccupied spaces of the Club.
The use of electronic devices and meeting-related electronic equipment is permitted in private rooms under the direction of Club staff.
